Planning FAQ

Good venue questions make better event plans.

These answers explain how to use NestStage and which details should be confirmed before a booking is finalized.

What does a NestStage venue package include?

Each profile summarizes the stated room category, capacity, access notes, duration, indicative package price, and listed features. Exact inclusions remain subject to venue confirmation.

Are the prices final booking quotes?

No. Prices are planning estimates for the displayed package and duration. A venue planner confirms dates, taxes, staffing, equipment, and terms in writing.

How should I choose capacity?

Start with your expected audience and production footprint, then allow space for sightlines, circulation, hospitality, and local safety requirements.

Can I save several venues?

Yes. Select Save on catalog cards. Saved IDs remain in your browser under Saved spaces until you remove them or clear local storage.

What does the booking basket do?

It keeps possible rooms and planned venue days together so you can compare an indicative total. It does not reserve a date or process payment.

Can NestStage confirm availability?

Availability must be checked with the venue. Send your dates and event details through Contact and the planning team can help frame the request.

Do venues provide sound and lighting?

Provision varies by profile. The features list shows the starting brief; technical specifications, operators, and hire costs must be confirmed directly.

What should I include in an inquiry?

Include city, date range, audience size, event format, access needs, stage or production requirements, and whether you need a single day or multiple days.

Does NestStage collect payment online?

No. This website is a planning catalog. Payment, contracts, deposits, cancellation terms, and final confirmation are handled through the agreed venue process.

Still shaping the brief?

A short, specific message is enough to begin.
