User Agreement

1. Agreement and service
By using NestStage, you agree to these terms. NestStage provides an informational catalog and inquiry pathway for concert venue rental planning.
2. Catalog information
Venue names, capacities, features, access notes, durations, and prices are planning information. Details can change, may require confirmation, and do not replace a written venue proposal or contract.
3. Basket and saved spaces
The booking basket and Saved spaces tools operate in your browser. They do not reserve availability, create a contract, collect payment, or guarantee a venue’s participation.
4. Inquiries
You agree to provide accurate contact and event information and to use the inquiry form for legitimate venue-planning communication. NestStage may decline requests that are unlawful, abusive, misleading, or unrelated to the service.
5. Venue contracts and payment
Any booking, deposit, cancellation arrangement, staffing plan, equipment hire, insurance requirement, or payment obligation is established separately with the applicable venue or agreed provider.
6. Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, copy data through automated means without permission, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, or use catalog information to mislead a venue or customer.
7. Intellectual property
NestStage’s text, interface, organization, marks, and original materials belong to NestStage or its licensors. You may view and use the website for personal or internal event-planning purposes, but may not republish substantial portions without written permission.
8. Availability and liability
The website is provided as a planning resource. To the extent permitted by law, NestStage is not responsible for venue changes, inaccurate third-party information, interrupted access, or decisions made without independent confirmation.
9. Changes and termination
We may update features or these terms and will publish the effective date. Access may be restricted when necessary to protect the service, users, or partners.
